I am not sure what to put for 'Reason for Visit.' What should I do?

It's okay if you don't know the exact right medical terminology. Just type in the words that best matches your reason for needing a doctor.

How do I know if a doctor participates in my insurance?

After selecting a doctor, there is a section for entering your insurance on the patient information screen. Type in your insurance, and if shows up, then your doctor participates in your insurance!.

Is my information secure?

The application is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your health information will be treated with the same privacy consideration as health information distributed in other formats.

What should I do for technical assistance, if I'm having trouble scheduling an appointment?
